6. Content Guidelines
All content uploaded to the Platform must comply with Danish law. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate. Explicit sexual content in public listings is not permitted.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EscortHelp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of advertiser information or the quality of services provided by advertisers. Users engage with advertisers at their own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
EscortHelp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform or any interactions with advertisers.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
